Kourion (402 pictures, 17 videos)
The ancient city of Kourion (or Curium in Latin) was founded by Achaean colonists from Argos in the Peloponnese. Remains have proved the existence of a Late Bronze Age settlement, dating from the beginning of the 16th to the mid 11th century BC. The nymphaeum of Kourion dates from the middle of the 1st century AD to 365 AD. Also in the site are a portico, an agora, a sanctuary of Apollo Hylates, a theater, several basilicas, houses and more.
