The temple is situated on an easily visible terrace upon the harbors. It stands on a high podium with a tetrastyle prostyle pronaos and a distyle in antis opisthodomos. The cella walls are adorned with half columns, making the temple a pseudo-peripteros. Pilasters decorate the interior walls. The front pediment contained a shield in relief. The architectural style of the building places it in the Late Antonine period (second half of the 2nd century AD).
