Tel Kabri is a compound of archaeological sites, the earliest of which date from prehistoric times and the latest from the Roman period (1st century BC – 4th century AD). The city was the urban center of the Coastal Plain. Finds that were revealed in the area include residential quarters, walls, water cisterns, wells and remains of a palace with colored plaster flooring.
