The Pizzuta Column (10m high, with a diameter of 3.5m) is a gigantic monument related to the ancient town of Eloro, located about 1km from the urban area. It is an important funereal monument from the Greek period, evidence of the wealth and variety of these kinds of monuments all over Sicily.
