By using the Website you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. They therefore constitute a binding agreement between you and Reut. The Website includes - and, subject to Reut's End User License Agreement, offers personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and limited rights of use in - photographs, images, drawings, maps and videos of archeological sites and findings from around the world, and in particular the Mediterranean (the "Service"). Ownership of Intellectual Property
Reut or its content providers are the sole owners of all intellectual property rights in the Website and any of the content displayed or featured in it (the "Content"). The Content includes, but is not limited to, any text, photograph, image, graphic design, video, film, illustration, transparency, negative, visual representation, computer code, application or any other works protected by copyrights, or other intellectual property laws, including the organization of the works contained thereof. The content is protected, inter alia, under copyright laws. However, in these Terms Intellectual Property Rights is not limited to copyright and it includes also trademarks and service marks (whether registered or not), patents, trade secrets, domain names and - if applicable - industrial designs. You may not copy, distribute, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any of the Content. However, if you subscribe with the Service, approve Reut's End User License Agreement, comply with it and accurately and timely pay the license fees to Reut, you may be granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and limited right to use photographs and videos featured on the Service. You may not use any trademarks or service marks featured on the Website without Reut's express written consent. Such consent is not binding if it is not signed in writing by Reut. Please note that if Reut chooses to grant you such permission, you will not gain any title to the trademarks and service marks. Registration and Eligibility
To subscribe to the Services, you must submit a complete, true and accurate registration form on behalf of the person or entity wishing to subscribe. By submitting a registration form, you warrant and declare that you are 18 years of age or over and that you are authorized to bind the subscriber with your approval of the End User License Agreement and the Terms; You will act expeditiously to update the information furnished in the registration form as it changes from time to time. If Reut finds that any information that you provided is inaccurate, incomplete, untrue or not current, then it may terminate your right to access the Service immediately without notice. Reut may reject an application at its absolute discretion and for any reason without having to specify its reason for doing so. Username and Password
During the registration process to the Service, you will be asked to select a username and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the username and password in confidence. You shall be responsible for all transactions that will take place while using you username and password, whether such transactions were authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Reut in writing or by electronic mail of any unauthorized use of your username and password. Reut encourages you to change your password at least once in every three months, for security reasons. Use of the Website & Service
You agree not use the Website or the Service to: - Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Website or the Service.
- Disobey or breach these Terms or any other applicable instructions conveyed by Reut and its officers;
- Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
- Impersonate to any person or entity, or make any false statement regarding your employment, agency or affiliation with any person or entity;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any information and materials that infringes third party?s right, especially Intellectual Property Rights;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available software viruses, Trojan horses, warms and any other malicious application to computers and networks;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any forms of unsolicited e-mail;
- Stalk, threaten or harass other users and subscribers of the Website or the Service;
- Harm or attempt to harm other users and subscribers' privacy;
- Gain or try to gain an unauthorized access to the Service;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any information or material which may constitute or encourages conduct that would be constitute a criminal offense or civil wrong doing or otherwise violets any applicable law;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any information or material which may be deemed threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

Because Reut has no control over such sites and third party content, Reut is not responsible for the availability of such third party websites or content, and it may not be deemed responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials of any third party. Reut shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any third party websites or content. Advertisements
Reut may include paid advertisement on behalf of interested vendors in the Website. By clicking the advertisements you may be shifted to a website of the advertiser or receive any other messages, information or offers from the advertiser. Reut is not responsible for the privacy practices of the advertiser, or the content of its website, information, messages or offers. You are fully responsible for all communications with advertisers and to all transactions taking place subsequently. Termination of Service
Reut may discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service and Website at all times. Reut is not obliged to give any notice prior to such discontinuation. At any time, Reut may block, remove or delete any Content without maintaining any backup copy. Changes and Availability
Reut has the right to change the structure, design and look & feel of the Website and the Service and the availability and scope of the Service without giving any previous notice. From their nature such changes may cause malfunctions and discomfort. You shall not have any plea, claim or demand against Reut due to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, modification, alteration suspension or discontinuance of the Website or the Service. The Website and Service depended on different factors such as software, hardware and communication networks of Reut, its contractors and suppliers. By their nature these factors are not fault free or tolerant, hence Reut can not grantee that the Service and Website will not be disturbed, will be timely, secure or error free. Applicable Law
These Terms and the relationship between you and Reut shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For greater certainty, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not govern these Terms. Jurisdiction
The competent courts in the City of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have sole jurisdiction over any claim in connection with the Website or the Service and in respect of any matter relating to the validity, applicability, performance or interpretation of these Terms. You agree to the jurisdiction of the above mentioned courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, or by electronic mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional, conflict of law or venue defenses otherwise available to you. Waiver
No waiver, concession, extension, representation, alteration, addition or derogation from this Terms or pursuant hereto shall be effective unless effected in writing and expressly. Interpretation
