Andriace served as the port of Myra, close to Cayagzi, and was founded as a sister-town around the same time as Myra (5th century BC). One of the most striking features of the site is the aqueduct system supplying the city with water. At the south side of the ancient harbor stand the remains of a monumental fountain dating from the Roman period. Also seen in the site are a large agora and a granarium (129 AD).
