Cendere Bridge, one of the works of Roman times that remained in good condition, is located on the road to Arsameia and Nemrut, in the distance of 20km to Kahta. It was built in 198-200 BC by the XVI Roman legion. The bridge is 120 meters long, its height from the water level is 18 meters, and the width of the single arch is 35 meters. The arch consists of 92 great stones, 10 tons each.
