Olympos (81 pictures, 1 videos)
Olympos was established in the 3rd century BC and was a very important member of the Lycian League. Coins minted in the second century BC are among the first finds dating back to the ancient city. Other finds are the ruins of a small theater, hot springs, an agora and some tombs dating from the Hellenistic period, as well as a monumental gate of a Roman temple (late 2nd century AD) and the ruins of a Byzantine fortress.
